Indicator Lights
Solid green
The device is in standby. You can connect the App, start recording, or shut down safely.
Blue flashing rapidly
Recording has been triggered. The device is starting the cameras and sensors and waiting for the data to stabilize.
Do not treat this stage as the start of a valid recording. Wait until the blue light is solid before beginning the activity you want to record.
Solid blue
The device is actively recording. Video, audio, and motion sensor data are being written to the SD card.
Green flashing rapidly
The device is stopping the recording and finalizing the files. Do not disconnect power or remove the SD card. Stopping is complete only after the light returns to solid green.
Red and green alternating slowly
The battery is low and the device is not currently recording. Connect a power supply as soon as possible.
Red and blue alternating slowly
The battery is low while the device is preparing to record or actively recording. Connect a stable power supply as a priority and avoid losing power during the recording.
White flashing
The device is installing a firmware update. Do not disconnect power, remove the SD card, or press buttons repeatedly during the update.
“Flashing rapidly” changes approximately every 0.12 seconds; the low-battery indication changes approximately every 0.9 seconds; and the update indication changes approximately every 0.35 seconds.
If the light remains in the warm-up or stopping state for a long time, keep the device in its current state and see Common issues.
